Terms & Conditions
1. Quotation Validity
Our quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this period, the quotation must be reconfirmed.
2. Pricing Adjustments
Any modifications to quotations will necessitate a review of the pricing, if changed on day of installation / works being completed, additional charges will be added to original quoted price.
3. Labour and Working Hours
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all quoted prices are based on work conducted during standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
4. Site Preparation & Responsibility
The customer is responsible for preparing a clutter-free work area prior to the commencement of work. This includes the removal of breakable items, fixtures, furniture, and appliances, as necessary. While every effort is made to protect customer property, Reconnect Electrical Pty Ltd assumes no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings.
5. Workplace Safety & Access
- Our technicians are required to wear safety footwear while on-site and/or inside your home.
- We uphold professional standards, ensuring cleanliness and respect for your premises. Upon request, work mats and boot covers will be used for additional property protection. If required, boot covers can be used (these will need to be supplied by property owner).
- Entry into ceiling spaces will require a power shutdown.
6. Payment Terms
- Quoted prices include GST.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and Direct Deposit.
- Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS transactions may incur surcharges.
- A minimum deposit of 30% is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
7. Parts Policy
- All order in parts supplied are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Materials that are not provided by Reconnect Electrical are not warranted by Reconnect Electrical.
8. Repairs & Additional Work
- Appliances with multiple faults may not exhibit secondary issues until the initial repair is completed. As such, no guarantee is provided that the quoted work will fully restore functionality.
- Any additional repairs or unforeseen work required will be quoted separately and, if approved, performed at an additional cost.
9. Ownership of Equipment
All equipment supplied and installed by Reconnect Electrical Pty Ltd remains the property of Reconnect Electrical Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.
10. Electrical Safety & Compliance
- Quotes assume that all circuits being worked on are protected by a safety switch. If any circuit is found to be unprotected, a safety switch will be installed at an additional cost unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes do not account for the rectification of any pre-existing electrical faults discovered during testing for new safety switch installations. If such faults are identified, they will require further investigation and will be charged in addition to the quote.
- Quotes do not include any unforeseen costs associated with rectifying existing unsafe or damaged wiring or faulty installations. If any electrical work is found to be non-compliant with Australian Standards, rectification may be required at an additional charge.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting our quotes, you agree to the following terms:
I/We, the undersigned, authorise the work described above to proceed and agree to pay the quoted amount prior to or upon completion via the selected payment method. I/We guarantee payment in accordance with Integrated Group of Companies’ terms and conditions.
- If signing on behalf of an incorporated company, this agreement serves as a Director’s Guarantee.
- If signing as an individual, this agreement serves as a personal guarantee of payment to Integrated Group of Companies.
